Creates a new version of the assigned Blueprint using the current configuration
of the specified Device.
It is possible for a Device to be assigned a Blueprint, but the user has since
updated the Device configuration in a way that differs from that Blueprint.
Using this endpoint, the updated configuration will be copied to a new version
of the assigned Blueprint.
